What Is The Process...
The following is the process required to complete your website:
1.
Enter into an agreement for services and receive an $200 deposit for a 3 page website or a $300 deposit for a
15 page website and nothing for a free website.
2.
You select a domain name for your website. We will purchase it on your behalf, register it in your name, and
advise you on how to structure your domain name so that it helps you get on the first page of Google in your
community.
3.
You select the template that you want for your website

We provide you a list of information we need from you to create your website. You can download the check off

5.
We will schedule an interview to answer any questions and clarify what information is needed to complete the
project. We encourage you to pick up the phone and call us, or email us at any time so that there is open
communication between your practice and our staff.
6.
Upon receipt of the information from your office, we start creating your website. We prefer you to email the
information requested as you compile it so that we can work on you site as we receive the data from you. This
allows you to watch the progress of your website as it takes shape and make any changes as we go along
rather than trying to make them all at one time.
7.
Once we have all the information that we need to build your website from your office, the assigned team will
finish creating your website in 7-days. (24 hours for a free dental website)
8.
We will then ask you to sign off on the final product.
9.
If there is any final tweaking needed to the site, we will complete it in 72 hours.
10.
We then take your website live once we receive your final approval.
