How Much Of My Time Is Needed...
How much time will I have to spend to get a website?
We understand how important your time is and that it is difficult to allocate much time to a project of this nature.
Therefore, we have streamlined the process so that you can get your website live without spending unnecessary hours
on the phone, as you are required with other website developers.
It is because we customize your website around one of our medical or dental website templates that we are able to
minimize your time to get a finished product.
If you already have a website and are upgrading to one of our design templates:
This scenario generally requires the shortest amount of time. We can simply scrape the information from your existing
site and you are only required to tell us what information you want changed.
Once you have selected your website template, you will need to spend 2 – 4 hours to change your website over to one
of our templates.
If you don’t have a website:
Under this scenario you will have to spend somewhere between 2 – 8 hours of time gathering the information we
need to design and build your website. (For a free website you will only need to spend about 15-20 minutes)
Note: a 3-page website requires less of your time than is required of a 15-page website.
You need to select a template, flash header, and pictures that you want to use with your website.

You then need to complete a questionnaire, which guides you through the information we need to design
and create your website. This will include such things as a picture of the doctor and his or her background to be
included on the staff page.

You will need to spend time on a telephone call with one of our designers, so that together we can
discuss the message you are trying to convey to your patients. We will provide marketing guidance on how you
should design your website to make it easy for your existing patients and potential new patients to easily find the
information they need.
3.
Finally, you will need to spend some time reviewing your new website and noting anything you want
changed. Once all the changes are completed, your site will go live.
